Rockafella first burst onto the Plymouth music scene towards the end of 2011 and have been rocking venues ever since. The band was formed by a bunch of mates who just wanted to play music that they were passionate about and have a great laugh doing so - No band politics, no predictable and tired covers, just straight up rock shenanigans. Rockfella are Mark Chappell on lead vocals, Andy Fenner on guitar, Matt Epps on drums and Steve Flaxton on bass. The band built a formidable reputation and loyal following, conquering every major music venue in Plymouth along the way. We were also privileged to be a part of several high profile events including: The Festival of Sail/Armed Forces Day 2013, The National Fireworks Championships 2013, 2014 & 2015, Plymouth Music Nights 2013 & 2014, and Rockfest 2012, 2013 , 2015 and in 2017 - a very prestigious charity event in aid of St Luke’s Hospice. We have were also lucky enough to be the final closing act for the Plymouth Christmas Light Switch on 2017. |
